Valley Oaks Village has made a name for itself as the “Number One in Senior Apartment Living.” In addition to creating a community for our residents, we take pride in the city of Santa Clarita itself. We raised over $2,000 in the Senior Center’s “Campaign for a Better Future” to care for people in need. Also, we raised nearly $4,000 in our effort to assist the Salvation Army after Hurricane Katrina. Many of our residents volunteer throughout the Santa Clarita area.
Our History
Valley Oaks Village's developer (and now owner) created an upscale community in the 1990s that has quickly become the premier active adult living community in the Santa Clarita Valley.
Valley Oaks supports both the senior population and the baby boomer generation who want to keep up their active lifestyles. We shy away from words like facility as it conjures up images of a nursing home or assisted living. We are not that. We feel that you are a vital part of the Santa Clarita community.

Megan Town (Activities Director): Megan has been the activities director at Valley Oaks Village since 2003. You will remark on her enthusiasm and up-beat personality the first time you meet her. She is always trying to think of new ways to make sure our residents stay active in a healthy and caring environment.
